Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Dr. Priestas has extensive experience working with those who have previously ‘failed’ physical therapy. At Paradigm, we look beyond the area of pain to find the root source of your problem. Advanced dry needling services are available, which can have a tremendous impact on pain, mobility, and function. In-office visits, as well as mobile services in select locations within WV and MD are available.

Virtual Physical Therapy Services
At Paradigm, we understand that there can be many barriers to attending in-person sessions. Dr. Priestas takes a skilled approach to virtual movement assessment to develop and appropriate treatment plan for your specific needs. If you wish to attend in-person for your evaluation, but follow-up virtually because you live far away or have time constraints, this can be a great way to get the care that you need.

Remote Consultation
Unsure of where you should even start? Many individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic pain get brushed off by medical providers, which can lend patients to feeling lost and frustrated. Let us help guide you. We will let you know if you’re a good candidate for pelvic floor PT, what your treatment team should look like, and get you started on your path to healing.

Mentorship & Consulting
Whether you’re a new graduate PT looking to pursue pelvic health, or an experienced clinician without much pelvic floor knowledge, we are here to help you. Schedule a one-time call to discuss a complex patient, or book regularly scheduled mentorship calls to build the confidence you need when it comes to treating this population of patients.
